Personal Photography - Greensborough Court

Since I'm getting set for my return to Greensboro for the first time in over four years, I've been itching to look at some of my old photos. I've been holding several sets of Greensboro pictures on my hard drive over the years and figured it was time to release them.

This gallery comes to you courtesy of an old floppy disk camera I used when I worked for the Greensboro News & Record. (Boy have we moved up the technology ladder) The year was 2001 and I had recently moved into the trendy lofts at Greensborough Court. I first moved into a small verticle one bedroom facing the courtyard, but jumped at the chance to have a corner apartment overlooking Elm Street. I had brick walls, exposed wood beams and a view of the budding South Elm entertainment district. With the help of Matt, Dan, and Mike, we threw several highly attended loft parties and spent many evenings on the adjacent bakery roof. I moved out several months later to "The Hill" with Dan and it wasn't long after that my favorite coffee house opened shop next door to these apartments. Enjoy this little look at one of my favorite dwellings of all time.
