Personal Photography - International No-Pants Subway Ride 2009 (DC Edition)
On Saturday, January 10, 2009, about 300 random people in DC decided to get together and ride Metro without their pants. It was all part of the International No-Pants Subway Ride, sponsored by Improv Everywhere. There is no reason for this prank other than to have some fun and leave people wondering "what in the world?"
